Nutritional supplement with vitamin D3, which is recommended in the prophylaxis of rickets and osteomalacia, caused by vitamin D3 deficiency, prophylaxis of existing risks for diseases caused by vitamin D3 deficiency, for the normal functioning of the immune system, normal muscle function and growth and the healthy development of children. In adults, mild vitamin D deficiency is manifested by loss of appetite and weight, sleep problems, and diarrhea. The most severe deficiency causes osteomalacia and muscle spasm. As a result of the reduced level of calcium inside them the bones become soft, brittle and painful. In children, vitamin D deficiency is the cause of rickets.
