IMETEC ZERO-GLU PRO is a machine for making good, gluten-free bread, specially designed for people with celiac disease and gluten intolerance. With 20 special automatic programs for gluten-free flour and numerous accessories, with ZERO-GLU PRO you can prepare bread and desserts with gluten-free mixtures and naturally gluten-free flours such as buckwheat, rice, teff, vegetable protein flour useful for diversifying your diet. Depending on your preferences and needs, you can use different sourdough techniques: brewer's yeast, sourdough or pule (liquid biga or sourdough). You can also prepare gluten-free pizza dough to bake in your home oven, pizzas and jams. ZERO-GLU PRO is easy to use: you enter the ingredients, set the program, and the machine kneads, leavens and cooks to perfection thanks to the double cooking level and double kneading blades. You can program the start so that the bread is always fresh and ready for breakfast, lunch or snack. There are 3 levels of crust browning to choose from: light, medium and dark.
